This is a very sacred space.I had the great pleasure & honor of serving on the board of directors for a number of years and volunteering my time and many talents at this wonderful place.
I taught classes for a short time and enjoyed it very much.
I have had several mystical experiences in this location over the many years I have been going to StoneHedge.
Please read my page on St.Theresa.
Here are some pictures of The famous annual StoneHedge christmas tree. The Gift Shop & other areas of StoneHedge. This is a place you dont want to miss there is so much going on at this magical space.

What is a Peace pole?
A Peace Pole is a monument that displays the message "May Peace Prevail on Earth,” usually in a different language on each side. The message is referred to as a peace prayer.
The idea of Peace Poles was brought up by Masahisa Goi. The Peace Pole Project today is furthered by The World Peace Prayer Society. Since then, more than 300,000 have been placed around the world, in 180 countries. There are a number of websites on the Internet that map the locations of Peace Poles around the world, such as May Peace Prevail On Earth.
Peace Poles are made of many materials in varying sizes, from tall granite poles to small wooden ones. The text might be carved or etched or painted. In some cases it merely is a plastic sign attached with screws.
Most people purchase their Peace Poles, but there are some who feel strongly that they should be made by hand by the owners. Some even feel that the materials should be found, as in trees that have fallen of their own accord. But others want a skilled artisan to create for them a work of art that will last for centuries, as with a stone peace pole for a public park.
Peace Poles have been placed in such notable locations as the North Magnetic Pole, the Hiroshima Peace Memorial, and the site of the Egyptian Pyramids in Giza, as well as numerous community parks. Frequently they are placed near the entrances of churches or schools. In one case, a garden, created for a wedding, was designed around the Peace Pole that was its center piece. The Republic of Molossia, a micronation, has a Peace Pole in eight languages.

Keys of Life
Although we know of the Keys of life to be many things here are a few that I have jotted down for contemplation more will come later:
1.Keep life simple:
Living Simple is not always a easy thing for most of us to do.For instance I dont shop in foods stores unless I truly am in need of something I can only get in a food store.
I try to avoid wasting money.Food stores do just that, emptying your pockets.
I enjoy shopping at the farmers markets for my produce. If there is a need for meats I shop at a quality meat store and look for deals.I refuse to to buy meats in a food store.
Focusing on just the basics in life help to keep life simple.
The all American dream is a joke.Dont fall pray to this term of the way Americans think everyday life should be.They are lost to their own desires. We are not here for what we can hoard or collect or whats the most expensive is the best.We are here for lessons of love & emotion and our inner oneness with GOD.
2.Keep life sacred:
Life is a sacred gift we are here for our souls progress and to assist others on a daily basis as best we can. This is an opportunity to grow from within.
3.Drinking your Fruits & Veggies:
AHHHH!
Now were talking healthy stuff! Antioxidants, youthful drinking....
I'm sure by this day and age many of you have seen the info-marcels on Juicing and its benefits. Pay attention to these shows and get ur self a juice machine. Go the farmers markets. There you find the best deals of fruits and veggies.
The results of juicing are many and so healing. My sister Kathy taught me many things in life and this one is another of those gifts she gave to me.
I love to Juice!!!
Credit following info from www.livingfoods.com for another example, consider fresh juice's ability to deliver another important group of nutrients, know as enzymes. Enzymes are your body's work force. Acting as catalysts in hundreds of thousands of chemical reactions that take place throughout the body, enzymes are essential for digestion and absorption of food, for conversion of food stuffs into body tissue, and for the production of energy at the cellular level. In fact, enzymes are critical for most of the metabolic activities taking place in your body every second of every day.
Fresh juices are a tremendous source of enzymes. In fact, the "freshness" of juice is one of their key features, because enzymes are destroyed by heat. When you eat cooked foods, whether its meal, grains, fruits, or vegetables, if the food is cooked at temperatures above 114 degrees, the enzymes have been destroyed by the heat. Since fruits and vegetables are juiced raw, the enzymes are still viable when you drink the juice.
Coincidentally, many of the phytochemicals that nutritional researchers are focusing their attention on are either enzymes, or more often, they are substances that help build or activate enzymes that play essential roles in protecting cells from damage.
In addition, fruit and vegetable juices are good sources of the traditional nutrients. Citrus fruits (grapefruit, oranges, etc.) provide healthy portions of vitamin C. Carrot juice contains large quantities of vitamin A, in the form of beta carotene. A number of green juices are a good source of vitamin E. Fruit juices are a good source of essential minerals like iron, copper, potassium, sodium, iodine, and magnesium, which are bound by the plant in a form that is most easily assimilated during digestion.
Plus, since juicing removes the indigestible fiber, these nutrients are available to the body in much larger quantities than if the piece of fruit or vegetable was eaten whole. For example, because many of the nutrients are trapped in the fiber, when you eat a raw carrot, you are only able to assimilate about 1% of the available beta carotene. When a carrot is juiced, removing the fiber, nearly 100% of the beta carotene can be assimilated.
Finally, fruits and vegetables provide one more substance that is absolutely essential for good health - water. More than 65% of most of the cells in the human body are made of water, and in some tissues, for example the brain, the cells can be made up of as much as 80% water. Water is absolutely essential for good health, yet most people don't consume enough water each day. Plus, many of the fluids we do drink, coffee, tea, soft drinks, alcoholic beverages and artificially flavored drinks each contain substances that require extra water for your body to eliminate. Fruit and vegetable juices are free of these unneeded substances and are full of pure, clean water.
The remaining question is how far will the trend go? So far, the National Cancer Institutes attempts to promote the health benefits for fruits and vegetables have only affected a relatively small segment of society. But, as more and more is written about the long-term health benefits of fruits and vegetables, as increasing numbers of people learn about the possibility of preventing and curing cancer, heart disease, arthritis, and a host of other diseases by making dietary changes, the fruit and vegetables trend and the popularity of juicing will continue to grow. Who knows, maybe someday it will be hard to find a seat during happy hour at your local juice bar...http://www.roegallo.com/
I had an experience with this diet many years back.A dear friend was introducing me to this diet as she knew Roe Gallo.I had the book she just published and was told where to get cases of organic oranges. I would go to buy them and pick them up driving 25 miles each way back then it costs $26.00 a case.
I began juicing them 8 times a day without eating any other foods. this was very detoxifying and I began the juice fasting with great excitement.Normally having severe acid reflux since I was 12 I could not buy orange juice in containers with out suffering in pain.
I found out that when you juice citrus fresh you have about 15 mins to ingest it before it turns acidic. So for 3 months I only had my fresh juiced organic oranges and I lost 30 lbs.as I was 220 the heaviest I had even been.I was so in to this and considered it a great detoxifying to my body.
I noticed I was becoming more intuitive.I was attending a Roe Gallo conference my friend Suzie M. was holding at the Inn of Jim thorpe Pa on broadway.
I was sitting listening to her give her speech on the Roe Gallo diet. While we all sat drinking our glasses of fresh squeezed organic orange juice.
After about 15 mins I was quite relaxed watching her and listening to her speak and I began seeing golden rays of energy shooting off her shoulders and blue rays shooting off her head area.I kept blinking to see if I was not focused and then I realized I definately was seeing her aura in action! She was speaking with such knowledge and conviction the energy was flaring off her it was so awesome and amazing.
After that night I realized about the oranges they are the highest vibrational food grown from the sun and it was raising my vibrations since I was not having meats in my system for 3 months.I was becoming light enough to see the frequencies and color in the aura.
when we eat meats they are of a low vibration and our frequency is slow moving. Not at a higher faster rate such as when we only ingest that of living foods grown by the sun which are the highest.
I am now backing off on the meat in take in my diet again and I am in hopes to raise my vibratory level again and get back to seeing auras once again.
This fruitarian diet is awesome and has cleared up many ailments.please go read about Roe Gallo on her website and living foods website.
4.Judgement:
Oh great spirit grant that I may never find fault with my neighbor Until I have walked three moons
In his moccasins
Judgemental people will only find that once they put their energies out to judge others you will be find yourselves being judged.
5.Creative Visualization:
This technique is amazingly wonderful. When I have put my mind to it I have been able to manifest using this Creative visualization approach.Using your imagination with your third eye and your thought process combining positive words.has a most amazing effect.
You must only see things as you wish them to be. you cannot see things that you fear happening and that your worried about happening. this will bring an ill effect.
When you want to bring something in to your life you must have a clear picture with great detail of how you want it to become. For instance I once needed a computer. So I began this process however I was not clear on having a computer that worked I just kept saying computer. When I was given a pc it didnt work and needed parts. So I had to start all over again expressing that I wanted a one that actually worked. In 3 weeks I recieved a donation of one that actually worked!
You must keep in mind that our words and our thoughts create our future. your third eye and heart center and the words you speak all extend outward and there is a point of power in the front of you.where these centers come together. from this point out our thoughts and words create our future..
I have finally changed most of my Lifes dreams with this positive thought process.I am now working ont he loose ends and to tie them up and be complete!
Best of luck on your journey in to Creative Visualization.

6.Detoxify Our Body:
It's spring time and its time for cleansing not just your home but your body temple!!!
I enjoy juicing and water in take and am now working on lowering my meat in take.
I love cheese steaks and this is my greatest down fall.Wings are my 2nd.
I will be doing a Flora Essence cleanse very soon.
I currently do a liver cleanse by juicing carrots, parsley, apple & beets atleast 4-5 times a week.
since I began to detox my system out:
I have been more intuitive and clear on incoming information.I have recieved 3 messages from my spirit guides in my dreams.many people have suddenly asked me to help them.and I have endless energy...
My 3 messages were very accurate warnings for me.Its good to work for the man upstairs I am greatful for the information that is given to me.Once it all comes to pass I shall write about it.
7.Comfrey Oils:
This is what I have used on my skin and face since I was in my early 20's.
Comfrey Herb is an amazing plant.from the leaves to the roots it's uses are many. It is warned to never ingest Comfrey leaves or roots as they are toxic in any quantities put internally.it is just safer to never use them internally, topical use of this herb is fantastic. once called knit bone it heals broken bones at an accelerated rate.
When used properly on the skin it is almost magic how it helps relieve stiffness and swelling due to arthritis, including bruises.. I have harvest and created Infused oils and used them as poultices on animals and humans with great success. the oils the added Reiki treatments and other holistic modalities. one can learn just how we use to be healed before all this technology came about.the Indians knew many healing secrets. More to come.
8.Meditation:
Is a holistic discipline by which the practitioner attempts to get beyond the reflexive, "thinking" mind into a deeper state of relaxation or awareness. Meditation is a component of many religions, and has been practiced since antiquity. It is also practiced outside religious traditions. Different meditative disciplines encompass a wide range of spiritual or psychophysical practices that may emphasize different goals—from achievement of a higher state of consciousness, to greater focus, creativity or self-awareness, or simply a more relaxed and peaceful frame of mind.
9.
The third eye (also known as the inner eye) is a mystical and esoteric concept referring in part to the ajna (brow) chakra in certain Eastern and Western spiritual traditions. It is also spoken of as the gate that leads within to inner realms and spaces of higher consciousness. In New Age spirituality, the third eye may alternately symbolize a state of enlightenment or the evocation of mental images having deeply personal spiritual or psychological significance. The third eye is often associated with visions, clairvoyance (which includes the ability to observe chakras and auras),[1] precognition, and out-of-body experiences, and people who have allegedly developed the capacity to utilize their third eyes are sometimes known as seers.
10.Chakras our wheels of life:
Anodea Judith (1996: p. 5) provides a modern interpretation of the chakras:
Eastern Body Western Mind: Psychology And The Chakra System As A Path To The Self. Berkeley, California, USA
A chakra is believed to be a center of activity that receives, assimilates, and expresses life force energy. The word chakra literally translates as wheel or disk and refers to a spinning sphere of bioenergetic activity emanating from the major nerve ganglia branching forward from the spinal column. Generally, six of these wheels are described, stacked in a column of energy that spans from the base of the spine to the middle of the forehead. And the seventh which is beyond the physical region. It is the six major chakras that correlate with basic states of consciousness...
Endocrine system
The primary importance and level of existence of chakras is posited to be in the psyche. However, there are those who believe that chakras have a physical manifestation as well. The author Philip Gardiner, for instance, has described the chakras as metaphysical counterparts to the endocrine glands, while Anodea Judith noted a marked similarity between the positions of the two and the roles described for each. Stephen Sturgess also links the lower six chakras to specific nerve plexuses along the spinal cord as well as glands. C.W. Leadbeater associated the Anja chakra with the pineal gland, which is a part of the endocrine system.
The Spectrum of Light
A recent development in Western practices dating back to the 1940s is to associate each one of the seven chakras to a given colour and a corresponding crystal. For example, the chakra in the forehead is associated with the colour purple, so to cure a headache you would apply a purple stone to the forehead. This idea has proven highly popular and has been integrated by all but a few practitioners.
Mercier introduces the relation of colour energy to the science of the light spectrum;
"As humans, we exist within the 49th Octave of Vibration of the electromagnetic light spectrum. Below this range are barely visible radiant heat, then invisible infrared, television and radiowaves, sound and brain waves; above it is barely visible ultraviolet, then the invisible frequencies of chemicals and perfumes, followed by x-rays, gamma rays, radium rays and unknown cosmic rays.
Understanding existence and physical form as an interpretation of light energy through the physical eyes will open up greater potential to explore the energetic boundaries of color, form and light that are perceived as immediate reality. Indian Yogic teachings assign to the seven major chakras specific qualities, such as color of influence (from the 7 rays of spectrum light), elements (such as earth, air, water & ether), body sense (such as touch, taste, and smell), and relation to an endocrine gland.
Sahasrara: The Crown Chakra
Sahasrara is generally considered to be the chakra of pure consciousness. Its role may be envisioned somewhat similarly to that of the pituitary gland, which secretes emanuel hormones to communicate to the rest of the endocrine system and also connects to the central nervous system via the hypothalamus. The thalamus is thought to have a key role in the physical basis of consciousness. Symbolized by a lotus with one thousand petals, it is located at the crown of the head. Sahasrara is represented by the colour violet and it involves such issues as inner wisdom and the death of the body. Sahasrara's inner aspect deals with the release of karma, physical action with meditation, mental action with universal consciousness and unity, and emotional action with "beingness". Ajna: The Brow Chakra
Ajna (along with Bindu, is also known as the third eye chakra) is linked to the pineal gland which may inform a model of its envisioning. The pineal gland is a light sensitive gland that produces the hormone melatonin which regulates sleep and waking up. Ajna is symbolised by a lotus with two petals, and corresponds to the colour white, indigo or deep blue. Ajna's key issues involve balancing the higher & lower selves and trusting inner guidance. Ajna's inner aspect relates to the access of intuition. Mentally, Ajna deals with visual consciousness. Emotionally, Ajna deals with clarity on an intuitive level.
(Note: some opine that the pineal and pituitary glands should be exchanged in their relationship to the Crown and Brow chakras, based on the description in Arthur Avalon's book on kundalini called Serpent Power or empirical research.)
Vishuddha: The Throat Chakra
Vishuddha (also Vishuddhi) may be understood as relating to communication and growth through expression. This chakra is paralleled to the thyroid, a gland that is also in the throat and which produces thyroid hormone, responsible for growth and maturation. Symbolised by a lotus with sixteen petals. Vishudda is characterized by the colour light or pale blue, or turquoise. It governs such issues as self-expression and communication, as discussed above. Physically, Vishuddha governs communication, emotionally it governs independence, mentally it governs fluent thought, and spiritually, it governs a sense of security. Anahata: The Heart Chakra
Anahata, or Anahata-puri, or padma-sundara is related to the thymus, located in the chest. The thymus is an element of the immune system as well as being part of the endocrine system. It is the site of maturation of the T cells responsible for fending off disease and may be adversely affected by stress. Anahata is symbolised by a lotus flower with twelve petals. (See also heartmind). Anahata is related to the colours green or pink. Key issues involving Anahata involve complex emotions, compassion, tenderness, unconditional love, equilibrium, rejection and well-being. Physically Anahata governs circulation, emotionally it governs unconditional love for the self and others, mentally it governs passion, and spiritually it governs devotion. Manipura: The Solar Plexus Chakra
Manipura or manipuraka is related to the metabolic and digestive systems. Manipura is believed to correspond to Islets of Langerhans,[33] which are groups of cells in the pancreas, as well as the outer adrenal glands and the adrenal cortex. These play a valuable role in digestion, the conversion of food matter into energy for the body. Symbolised by a lotus with ten petals. The colour that corresponds to Manipura is yellow. Key issues governed by Manipura are issues of personal power, fear, anxiety, opinion-formation, introversion, and transition from simple or base emotions to complex. Physically, Manipura governs digestion, mentally it governs personal power, emotionally it governs expansiveness, and spiritually, all matters of growth. Svadhisthana: The Sacral Chakra
Swadhisthana, Svadisthana or adhishthana is located in the sacrum (hence the name) and is considered to correspond to the testes or the ovaries that produce the various sex hormones involved in the reproductive cycle. Svadisthana is also considered to be related to, more generally, the genitourinary system and the adrenals. The Sacral Chakra is symbolized by a lotus with six petals, and corresponds to the colour orange. The key issues involving Svadisthana are relationships, violence, addictions, basic emotional needs, and pleasure. Physically, Svadisthana governs reproduction, mentally it governs creativity, emotionally it governs joy, and spiritually it governs enthusiasm. Muladhara: The Base Chakra
Muladhara or root chakra is related to instinct, security, survival and also to basic human potentiality. This centre is located in the region between the genitals and the anus. Although no endocrine organ is placed here, it is said to relate to the gonads and the adrenal medulla, responsible for the fight-or-flight response when survival is under threat. There is a muscle located in this region that controls ejaculation in the sexual act of the human male. A parallel is charted between the sperm cell and the ovum where the genetic code lies coiled and the kundalini. Muladhara is symbolized by a lotus with four petals and the colour red. Key issues involve sexuality, lust and obsession. Physically, Muladhara governs sexuality, mentally it governs stability, emotionally it governs sensuality, and spiritually it governs a sense of security.
Woodroffe also describes 7 head chakras (including Ajna and Sahasrara) in his other Indian text sources. Lowest to highest they are: Talu/Talana/Lalana, Ajna, Manas, Soma, Brahmarandra, Sri (inside Sahasrara), Sahasrara.
11.Sacred Geometry:
This involves sacred universal patterns used in the design of everything in our reality, most often seen in sacred architecture and sacred art. The basic belief is that geometry and mathematical ratios, harmonics and proportion are also found in music, light, cosmology. This value system is seen as widespread even in prehistory, a cultural universal of the human condition.
It is considered foundational to building sacred structures such as temples, mosques, megaliths, monuments and churches; sacred spaces such as altars, temenoi and tabernacles; meeting places such as sacred groves, village greens and holy wells and the creation of religious art, iconography and using "divine" proportions. Alternatively, sacred geometry based arts may be ephemeral, such as visualization, sand painting and medicine wheels.
Sacred geometry may be understood as a worldview of pattern recognition, a complex system of religious symbols and structures involving space, time and form. According to this view the basic patterns of existence are perceived as sacred. By connecting with these, a believer contemplates the Great Mysteries, and the Great Design. By studying the nature of these patterns, forms and relationships and their connections, insight may be gained into the mysteries - the laws and lore of the Universe. credits:www.crystalinks.com
12.Fear & Doubt can stagnate your life beyond belief...
In my 2nd marriage I lived with a huge amount of fear and I had constant doubts about the person I was with and myself.
I was constantly was seeing this person in my third eye cheating on me with many others. Everytime I was feeling and seeing this person cheating me on me he would say to me your crazy! I would say well how come everything else I see and feel about others is correct and with you it is always wrong? He would say because you are crazy!
After many, many years with this person and the lies I finally began paying enough attention to his actions and words and activities. I caught him many times being unfaithful. I soon realized I was not crazy and I had been holding myself back by listening to this negative chatter he constantly bombarded me with. I soon realized I shouldn't talk to him unless I really needed to say something important.
After a couple years of this he finally said to me Denise why dont you talk anymore?I tried to tell him about why I had to stop speaking to him.But this only angered him and brought me back to the reasons why I had stopped in the first place it was just a confirmation of why I felt like it was not worth speaking to him.
I had stopped helping others and had so much self doubt that I didnt believe in myself either.I thought my abilities were not real and that I was crazy and had no purpose other then to cook clean and take care of the kids.
I was having night mares that would cause my kids to have wake me up out of a screaming sleep. this scared them and myself. I would be seeing him having sex with others in my sleep and I was freaking out in my dreams and it was coming through me in the physical.
I knew of a healer from england name Malcom Southwood who was living in the Philadelphia area.I drove 2 hours to see this man for some help and healing and answers. He would tell me once we were in session that I had been married to this person one of my past lives and he was not faithful then either.
He felt I was viewing the past and as well as living it in my life now.
He would later tell me that he saw me leaving this man but said if he would have had told me then it would not have helped my situation at all. so he didnt bring forth that info for me.i was seeing therapist and having in home services to help me and my kids cope.
I had lost my self confidence and my self esteem my kids were being abused when I would go to work and they were to afraid to tell me. The truth would finally come out in all the wrong ways and when I had finally witnessed this abuse I called 911 and had to make some very serious choices and changes in my life.I had to leave him and get a new home for us.

Many people turn to diet soda as part of their weight loss plan. Dieters often rely on artificial sweeteners for a sugar substitute. The idea behind it is to avoid taking in the 10 teaspoons of sugar in each can of regular soda and cut back on calories to lose weight. While cutting back on calories does lead to weight loss, drinking diet soda that contains aspartame actually leads to weight gain.
Aspartame, the artificial sweetener found in diet soda, makes the body crave more calories. It can increase the risk of metabolic syndrome and prevent weight loss. While it's true that diet soda doesn't have any calories, it signals your brain to expect the calories. When you eat or drink things without calories your body continues to look for the calories. Your brain receives the message that you aren't full yet. It increases your hunger and leads you to continue to crave foods and eat more. Diet soda drinkers actually tend to gain weight.
One problem that frequently occurs when people drink too much soda is that they miss out on other drinks that provide important nutrients. Water is important for flushing your system and staying hydrated. Drinking skim or reduced fat milk, juice or green tea provide the body with nutrients it needs, whereas sodas don't have any nutritional value. President Obama believes that soda is a contributing factor in the obesity crisis that America faces. He also thinks that a sin tax on soda may be in order to help people reduce their intake and lose weight.
Aside from weight gain, there are a host of other side effects caused by consuming aspartame. Most side effects aren't reported because they aren't associated with the consumption of aspartame. Drinking diet soda, however, can lead to: dizziness, memory loss, headaches, mood swings, irritability, anxiety, diarrhea, nausea, abdominal pain, insomnia, skin irritations, menstrual irregularities, fibromyalgia, numbness and cramps.
This laundry list of side effects associated with drinking diet soda has been dubbed “aspartame disease” by Dr. H.J. Roberts. He is the author of Aspartame Disease: An Ignored Epidemic and Aspartame (Nutrasweet) Is It Safe? (Philadelphia, 1989, Charles Press). Dr. Roberts believes that aspartame has severe side effects that can often mask themselves as other diseases, such as Lupus or MS. He has also documented how people that stop using aspartame show health improvements, suggesting that the side effects are linked to the use of aspartame.
Diet soda will not help you lose weight. Aspartame and other artificial sweeteners are not diet-friendly. Consumers experience increased hunger and weight gain by drinking diet soda. Kick the diet soda habit to lose weight and regain your health.

Throughout history, many spiritual healers have relied on information about their patients via energetics. This might take the form of aura colors, for example. Oftentimes, these healers were also looking to heal within the physical body, as well as in the emotional and spiritual. Over activity and weakness of a person's energy can affect all three of those aspects, and can be causal in illness and disease. The energy of the body of which I am speaking has been called by many names over the years. The Hindi refer to chakras and auras, and the energy patterns that flow through them. The Chinese utilize the terms chi or qi and shen in referring to the energy within and around the body. Western cultures often refer to the HEF- human energy fields, and so on. Each culture takes the information they gather from these energies to help create the healing tools they use in that culture.
The manner in which people go about healing is varied. There are the completely hands-off approaches, such as energy healing and prayer. There are also the hands-on techniques of massage, acupressure, tough therapy, and others. Gentle internal practices would include the use of herbs and medicines, while invasive techniques would include surgical procedures. There is not one right way to heal, rather, all aspects of healing can work together, and each should only be used in appropriate settings and situations.
The way in which an aura reading can contribute to the healing process is quite simple. Aura colors are believed to indicate the forms of energy that are working in and around a person, as well as the manner in which energy is flowing. A healing practitioner can use this information to inform their diagnosis or treatment. For many years, people did not have scientific proof of auras, and so many dismissed them. Today, thanks to the aura camera, proof of auras is beyond simple to obtain. Fortunately for those who already know the value of auras in healing, modern science has long proven that the human electro-magnetic field is exactly what is being viewed in an aura photo.
The aura camera itself is an invention that has totally revolutionized the way aura colors could be used in treatment, because it was then possible for the client themselves to see their aura. Even if you have complete faith that a person is telling you the truth about the color of your aura, actually seeing it yourself is still a much stronger experience for your brain that just being told about them. Beginning with Kirlian photography in the 70s, aura photography has grown into what it has become today, which is a system capable not only of still shots, but interactive video of a person's aura. A very basic explanation of how this works is that a biofeedback sensor collects information about the HEF and then translates that into the actual visual of the aura.
